1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, company name, and payment information.

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns within the Workely.AI dashboard.

When you first visit our marketing site we set a first-party cookie, wk_ft. It stores the campaign tags in your link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), any referral tag, and the first page you landed on, for 30 days. It is used only to record which link brought you if you join the waitlist.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on workely.ai and app.workely.ai, and Vercel Web Analytics (which sets no cookies) on workely.ai, to learn how people use the site and the app: which pages they visit, where they click and scroll, and where they get stuck. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay to improve and market our products. Google Analytics and Clarity set first-party cookies so they can recognize a returning browser. Clarity masks anything you type into a form before it leaves your browser, and it masks the screens inside the app that show your own customers' details. Neither tool runs on the quote, request and invoice pages your customers open. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are measured without these cookies. 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our platform, process transactions, send service communications, and respond to your requests. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

3. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit over TLS and at rest in Supabase Postgres. Tokens for the accounts you connect are encrypted again with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. Postgres row-level security keeps each account's rows separate. Role-based access and activity audit logs are on managed Postgres.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at workelyhelp@gmail.com.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

When a homeowner submits an organization's intake form requesting a price, Workely emails that homeowner a one-time link to view and book the quote. When texting from a business's own number is switched on, Workely may also text that homeowner the link. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the requested quote and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Google User Data

Data Accessed

When you connect Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar), we access only the data necessary to provide the features you turn on, such as showing your open times, adding booked jobs to your calendar, and sending email.

Data Usage

Your Google data is used solely to provide the features you turn on. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.

Data Storage & Protection

Google user data is encrypted in transit over TLS and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated services only. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed.

Data Retention & Deletion

Google data is retained only while your account is active and connected. You may disconnect Google services at any time, which triggers immediate deletion of stored tokens and cached data.
